saiprasad5.0: I bought the AKR1 kit along with this for a great deal. After watching countless reviews I bought this as my first flash for my Nikon D5300. It has made my pictures so much better. Any beginner can use this after getting to know what the functions are. Battery is also pretty good. I cannot compare it with other flashes yet but I have no cons to talk about so far.
